Inkline Studio CIC is a design studio exploring how emotion, interaction, and imagination can be given space to exist again in the built environment.

Through architecture, art, and design interventions, we work with communities to test ideas at street-level which respond to the uniformity and emotional detachment of contemporary environments. This process also works towards rebuilding the frayed threads of social interaction in a time where connection feels increasingly fragile.

We maintain that the built environment plays a more intimate part in our lives than it’s recognised for and, by drawing from past visions of optimistic, expressive futures, we investigate how spaces quietly influence the way people move through the world and use this to facilitate our work.
